You book the trip the way you always have.

Your agent books the flight and hotel through your existing GDS or booking system. Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport, direct supplier — it doesn’t matter. Your workflow doesn’t change. Your agent doesn’t learn new software. Your client doesn’t see anything different.

24/7 Monitoring Begins

The moment the booking confirms, we start watching.

Booking data flows to SuperTravel AI via a single webhook. Wenrix begins monitoring the flight fare continuously. Pruvo begins tracking the hotel rate against live inventory. AeroDataBox watches the flight status itself — delays, gate changes, cancellations. All of this happens silently in the background.

Decision Engine Fires

When something changes, the system acts immediately.

Fare drops. Room rate drops. Flight gets delayed. Gate changes. Cancellation. Whatever the event, the decision engine evaluates it against your agency’s policies — rebook thresholds, acceptable alternatives, notification preferences — and takes the optimal action. Zero human input needed.

What you do

Nothing. Approve your policy rules once; the system follows them forever.

Automated Fix

The system executes. Savings recovered. Traveler notified.

If it’s a price drop, we rebook the reservation and credit the savings to your ledger. If it’s a disruption, we rebook the client on the optimal alternative and send them a confirmation via SMS and email — branded as your agency. If it’s a VAT-eligible receipt scanned in-app, we file the refund claim through Planet. Every fix is logged, attributed, and auditable.

You Get Paid

Savings land in your ledger. Commission sweeps to your account.

Recovered savings from Wenrix/Pruvo rebookings are credited to your agency balance in real time. Commission from every upsell — tours, transfers, eSIMs, visas, VAT refunds — is swept to your connected bank account daily via Airwallex. Full audit trail per transaction. Accounting-export ready at month-end.
